Now that facility has been extended to make it available on-demand. So as a passenger of the train you can place request for cleaning and maintenance of your compartment or toilets etc.
You need to follow the below mentioned guidelines to place a Service Request.

2. Your request will be sent to OBHS staff on the train.
3. Once your Request is attended to you should give FEEDBACK so railways can measure the effectiveness of the service provided.
